im embarrased to take off from work to find that its nothing, but i have not gained not one pound since i was 13 and i am now 19. i have been getting these weird uncomftorable feelings in my stomache mostly on or near my naval something like a strong pulse to circular movements i go to the bathroom not long after a couple bites of food

You may be suffering from malabsorption syndromes or acute gastroenteritis or irritable bowel syndrome or inflammatory bowel problems etc.
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.
Use tablet pantoprazole. Avoid spicy food and caffeinated drinks.
Avoid lactose and gluten-containing food.
If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
