What Causes Stomach Discomfort With Sleepiness And Weakness?

Hello, My name is Rupak. I am not feeling well. Not sure what's the problem. Well one year before, I suffered from typhoid. SGPT was 96, so DR. Ashok kumar (PMCH) prescribed me, folic acid, liveril syrup and A-Z vitamin tablets. Now about after one year. I am feeling very sleepy, week and have some problem in my stomac (left middle side). Currently I am having folic acid, liveril syrup and A-Z vitamin tablets. I used to be very energetic and tough guy. I am 22 years old. What should I do, please help. Note: I works in nights. Is that a problem. Thanks in advance and sorry for poor English.
