What Causes Stomach Distention With Pain?

hi, i m having trouble with my stomache. regardless what i eat or drink my stomache gets huge, i have pain with it also. i do have a cysts on my pancreas & kidney, crones diease, celiac diease, diverticulosis. i have 18 stents in my chest & 3 in my legs. do you think it could be coming from my pancreas?tks. pat

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of stomach getting huge on eating or drinking something, have cysts on pancreas and kidneys also have Crohn's disease, Celiac disease, diverticulosis and multiple stents in chest and leg, wants to know whether coming from pancreas.
The history of eating or drinking causing bulging of abdomen indicates that you have an obstruction in the outlet of stomach called pylorus or in the intestines somewhere.
This can be diagnosed by Barium studies for stomach and intestines, upper GI Endoscopy.
If the cause is gastroparesis or such medical, please take proper medication.
IF the cause is surgical, you will need a corrective surgery.
