Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and am sorry for the situation you are in.

Having stomach gas and cramps are indicative for possible:
- food intolerance
- bowel infection
- cholecyst issues

I advise to run abdominal ultrasound and discuss further with GI specialist to determine the right cause.

It is true that pregnancy is associated with stomach cramps; however, I advise to wait for a few more days until you run pregnancy testing (10 days after your due date).

Meanwhile, I advise to:
- take mephenamic acid for cramping
- take probiotics to stabilize intestinal flora
- take simethicone for bloating

Wish fast recovery!
