What Causes Stomach Gas With Abdominal And Lower Back Pain After A Fall?

Gassy after fall last week (7 days) since Wed. Had some pain in right abdominal and lower back. Pain is gone but still gassy and stomach noise, No broken bones but bruising on right arm and abrasion on inner forearm. Should I be concerned about gassy?

Noted here you have gassy abdomen....

So problem could be indigestion or chronic constipation...
It may be as part of functional bowel disease.....

Here is few suggestions for you.....

Regular exercise.
Avoid sedentary life style....
Fiber food taken more like apple, whole grain , wheat bran etc....
Chamomile in tea useful....

Beet green rich in beta carotene , iron and calcium so help in good digestive health....

Avocados rich in lots of fiber so help in good digestion as well as maintain gall bladder health.....

Peaches like fruits rich in fiber, iron , pottasium and vitamin c ...so help in proper digestion....
