What Causes Stomach Growling After Eating With Weight Loss?

HEy, so lately have experience some loud stomack growling, but it only happens after i eat something, or at night. I also have no appetite, and i think im experience weight loss....I dont know if my metabolism just sped up but its been happening for two weeks now, and its starting to concern me.

WEIGHT LOSS, GROWLING STOMACH SOUND, SO CALLED SUCCESSION SPLASH, REDUCED APPETITE , FEELING OF FULLNESS IN UPPER ABDOMEN AND VOMITING AT TIMES PREVIOUS DAY EATEN FOOD ETC. ARE SIGNS OF STOMACH OUTLET OBSTRUCTION-PYLORIC STENOSIS. USUALLY AS A LONG TERM EFFECT OF ULCER/ GROWTH IN STOMACH.
PL GET UPPER GI ENDOSCOPY DONE TO CONFIRM BY A GASTROENTEROLOGIST.
