What Causes Stomach Growling And Bloated After Unprotected Sex?

I had unprotected sex now my stomache is growling and bloated and has for the past two days even after I eat I took some probiotics to see if it would help and now I have lots of gas and can t poop I did earlier fine though but had blood when I wiped which is something I don t get so I am concerned

You mentioned a blood stain, was this after wiping your genital region or the anal region? It is important to know because this will determine the abnormality.

As for the bloated stomach and growling this could purely be from a hormonal change or sometimes can even happen after sexual contact. The gas also is a sign of a hormone change so please be more elaborate about any history, medications, stress levels, birth control or contraceptives, etc.
