What Causes Stomach Gurgling And Diarrhea After Eating?

in the last couple days I have noticed upset tummy after eating, specifically I ve had steak and either pasta or a potato with it. Every meal a glass of whole milk. None of these food have ever bothered me before. About 20-30 min after completing the meal, I feel a lot of movement in my stomach and intestines, loud almost foamy gurgling. then I immediately need to use the restroom. in which I have notice an oily/mucousy loose stool. I have always been rather regular. I eat well, exercise and limit alcohol.
