What Causes Stomach Irritation While Having 1-2 Pus Cells In Stool?

Hai madam,

for past one month i am suffering with stomach iritation mainly below the breast bone and my stool frequency also increased with too much gas. for past one week i have green stool. my stool test is showing pus cells 1-2 and remaiing all are normal.(H. Pylori antibody test also negative). pls help me to find the problem..
