What Causes Stomach Pain, Acidity And Burning Sensation?

Hi, I have a chronic stomach pain,gastric pain and burning in stomach since last 6 months and amylase and lipase is very low and bilrubin as well.I am having adiza 10 mg, rifagut 400 mg and vomikind md 4 + polycrol suspension and sucral o. Are these medicines going to work?

Noted you history of chronic stomach pain, gastric pains, burning in stomach since 6 months, low bilirubin, amylase and lipase levels taking Adiza 10, Rifagut 400, Vomikind MD 4 and Polycrol and Sucral-O suspension.
Yes, these are the correct medicines you are taking but since your problem is of 6 months it is preferable that you should go for an opinion of a Gastroenterologist and have an upper GI Endoscopy as well as ultrasonography along with tests of stool, blood and urine.
These will give added advantage of proper diagnosis and proper treatment of a proper duration of time to get a cure,.
At the same time you have to have control over the diet, duration, frequency, stress and anxiety.
