* This is in relation with food induced 
gastritis with gastroesophageal reflux.
* Have to take many lifestyle modifications for betterment of the condition :
- avoid all oily / spicy / nonveg stuffs / beverages / cheese / junk foods / 
  pastas / high sugar / ghee etc
- take small amount of food at intervals
- fix timing of breakfast, lunch , dinner till possible
- avoid prolong fasting / overeating
- keep your stomach 20% empty after every meals
- avoid sleeping for 2 hours after meals
- have light , nutritious diet with balanced formula
- drink plenty of liquids
- check to have smooth bowel movements
- avoid 
smoking / alcohol / abuse substances if using
- avoid any type of pain killer tablets if using
- avoid 
stress / anxiety
- have regular sound sleep of 8 hours
- do regular exercises, walking , 
YOGA specifically Kapalbhati & 
  Anulomvilom without failure for 20-30 min. a day
- In our clinic , we recommend 
Ultrasound / Upper GI Scopy in selective 
  cases .Taking combination of 
Proton pump inhibitor with antiemetic 1 hr
  prior to meals help a lot.
