What Causes Stomach Pain After Having Dinner?
I had stomach pains after eating dinner last night. This morning I vomited around 8am and feel weak though I have no fever. This was accompanied by blotchy red spots on my face and neck which do not itch and are not raised. Are they connected? I am 25 years old, male, hispanic, in good health, healthy weight, etc.
