What Causes Stomach Pain After Sexual Intercourse?

I had sex 3 weeks ago without protection but i got my periods a week after. I recently had sex 3 days ago and now, I constantly have sharp pains in my stomach, sore breasts and today i have got some spotting. Could i be pregnant this quickly?

Hello ma'am and welcome.

Pregnancy may have to be ruled out, but this is too early. I would recommend getting a home pregnancy test conducted but at least 2 weeks from the date of suspected conception. So this is more likely to be a hormonal change caused due to the sexual contact itself.
