What Causes Stomach Pain And Anal Bleeding?

As I was showering, my husband wss using the bathroom. He mentioned that his stomach hirt. When he got u to wipe, he had a light couple of streaks of blood. He is concerned, but not as muchj as me. I donm't know if age matters, but he is 37. Suggestions please! This is the first time this has happened to him

_fever present??
_diarrhea present??
_stool examination done or not??
_any history of outside food intake??
_pain during defecation??

Here cause can be from infective etiology like enterocolitis or from other non infective causes like ..
-proctitis
-polyp
-rectal ulcer
-piles

According to cause further specific treatment guided

For rule out infective etiology stool examination done

For rule out above non infective etiology proctoscopy examination done(OPD procedure)

If infection is cause antibiotic course needed
