Hi my grand daughter who is six yrs old was complaining of a stomach ache and told her mother she had a flue as when she went to the bathroom she had diarrhea bright red blood dripping into the toilet, what could cause that?

1. Intussuception
2. Acute bacillary Dysentery

I suggest you take her tot he nearest emergency immediately.
