What Causes Stomach Pain And Blood In Stool Of A Lung Cancer Survivor?
Iam 55 female lug cancer survivor for has long has I remember I get this pains in my stomach maybe 6 times a year they are very bad makes you think you have you have to move your bowels which I cant I really push to try to get relief but it does not happen after 6 to 8 hrs of this always at night I start going very little at time it might take me 12 times of doing and its hard to then it turns into direahia and will do this 3 or 4 times and pain is gone.next morning I go to the bathroom and its small direahia but it has blood in it. This has never happened before. very worried about this my husband does not think it a lot.
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, the given symptoms could be due to infection and it could be intestinal although it has to be confirmed but still it can be managed on tentative basis with Tab Metronidazole 40 mg twice in day for five days, second condition could be self limiting too and you can wait for that, looking to the medical history given here it is better to send the stool for testing to confirm the infection hope this information helps.
