What Causes Stomach Pain And Blood In Stool?

bad stomach pains for 3 days and going to the bathroom alot, like the runs and some blops of poop,. its yellowish/brown. The pains are so bad i cant walk very good, i get up early twice in the middle of the night and go to , and dont even have an appetite for food, what s wrong with me?

You have problem of blood in stool and stomach pain that may be because of gastric ulcer or other reasons. Mention a particular site of pain. Also mention a aggravating factor and reliving factor also. Detail history and physical examination give exact idea about problems. Consult a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
