What Causes Stomach Pain And Burning Sensation In Anus?

Hello i am haveing alot of problems with my tummy.i will be going this Saturday to have a two hr test done for my gull blater. Do to have pain andthen 3 weeks away i was beeling from my butt and i went to the er and they look and i was but i have no hemorrhoids. And now the last 3 days i am now haveing stool that is orange and burnin . Like my butt is on fire. I need to know what is going on? I am eating right and am not eating anything different.

Looking at your description you might be having any of this problem
Fissure in Ano
Proctitis
rectal polyp or
Upper gastrointestinal bleeding like peptic ulcers

In my opinion you should consult a gastroenterologist immediately for baseline investigation like blood for hemoglobin, CBC, Liver function test, coagulation study, stool test for occult blood and upper GI endoscopy or colonoscopy if need be.

Meanwhile you should immediately start antiacidity medicines like pantoprazole or ranitidine group of drugs with antacids.
Avoid spicy and junk food
try to avoid constipation by taking stool softeners or laxatives
sitz bath or hot fomentation will definitely help to you
you can apply lignocaine ointment for burning sensation in butt and perianal area.
