What Causes Stomach Pain And Chest Pressure?

Hey...my husband is 43 and has recently been to the ER for headache and syncope but the Dr. says blood tests, EKG and CAT scan were all normal. Now c/o stomach pain and some chest pressure. He has been under a lot of stress because during the time he was sick his boss fired him because he was unable to go to work. He has been taking Extra strength Tylenol and Mylanta. What are some things we could be up against?

ulcer disease is mostly seen in patients who are stressed. get ugi scopy done which will give us diagnosis
