What Causes Stomach Pain And Diarrhea After Meals?

open ended question...46yr old woman, very active and healthy. Irritated stomach, occasional low grade fever, diarrhea-especially after eating, stomach hurts but not sharp pains. For 6-7 days. No other health problems but year round allergies, with daily meds and shots per week.

Hello! Thanks for putting your query in HCM. I am a Gastroenterologist (DM). It seems that you are having acute infectious enteritis for which you require a course of antibiotics like ofloxacin and ornidazole along with some pre and probiotic. Also keep your hydration level well by taking lots of fluids in your diet.
