What Causes Stomach Pain And Hard Stools With Blood?

Hello my name is Mario

I'm a 23 year old male. for the past week or so i've been having a pain in my stomach (lower right) it hurts all the way down to my right testicle, also when i go and use the restroom my stool comes out a bit hard with fresh bright red blood.please kindly advise.thank you kindly.
