Hello doctor. I have a mild fever and headache. Which is lasting for about three days now. I also have stomach pains, but they increase in pain as i change position. On which side i lay that side starts to pain me. Im pretty sure its not my apendics. Last night i had some pepsi and felt like hell.
Fever with headache is common in acute viral/bacterial infections. Abdominal pain may be due to Gastritis or infection or it may be due to food poisoning or inflammatory bowel problems.
Use tablet Paracetamol thrice a day for five days. Avoid spicy food, alcohol and cool drinks. If symptoms not improved, please consult your physician, he/she will examine and treat you accordingly.
