What Causes Stomach Pain And Increased BP During Pain?

dear doctor i am amir bandhani ,my father suffering stomach pain since last three month we have checked many doctor but there is no any satisfactory, he has stomach pain when it occurs the blood pressure and pulses of the heart increase as above of normal please suggest any medicine and doctor we live in karachi ok i will wait your response
