What Causes Stomach Pain And Loss Of Appetite?

hello, i am getting some symptoms and was wondering if you vould help me. The symptoms i am getting are:

- constantly tired,

- constantly needing to urinate,

- stomach pains,

- im not wanting to eat anything,

and am just drinking.

Please could you possibly tell me what the problem might be. Thanks
