What Causes Stomach Pain And Nausea While Getting Excited?

Hi i am 15 years old and i have issues with my stomach. It used to fell like someone was stabbing me from the inside but now everytime I get excited I feel like throwing up, but i never actually do. I went to a concert and had to sit in the back because I was just gagging like crazy! Im going to a concert in A few months and i feel like throwing up every time i think abouti t! I really dont want to miss the concert because of this feeling. Is there anything i can do beside going to the dr??
