What Causes Stomach Pain And Problems While Passing Stools?

Hi Doctor,

I have cosistent stoch pain, I have had this for the past one week. My stools are soft but I am not purging. It is so painful that I had a stomach scan but the doctor could not see anything. It feels like I would like to go to the toilet but when I do nothing happens

your concern being appreciate, such abdomen pain with change bowel habit or without this could be indicative of infection and it could be amoebiasis (Protozoa) infection, condition can be managed with Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for five days, and for abdomen pain Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen can be tried, apart from this your symptoms could be due to colicky pain it could be biliary colic, renal colic, nonspecific colic, but it is nothing to worry try the given treatment and it will be fine soon hope this information helps.
