What Causes Stomach Pain And Vomiting?

hi yesturday i woke up around 7am n i felt like i had to throw up so i laid back down and my stomache was hurting then i get up around 10am and i was fine but then when i started walkin around i felt sick and threw up then i ate some cereal and layed down on the couch then 20 mins later i knew i was gonna throw up n i did so i went back to sleep till 2pm pm then i woke up at 5pm i still didnt feel good went back to sleep then at 930ish pm i throw up again just liquids and today i feel better. do you kno what it might of been?
