Also i am having stomach pains. I am worried something is really wrong with my stomach/digestive system. Is there anything that you can suggest is wrong with me or may help?

Hello,

After two days loose stools may be due to acute gastroenteritis or food intolerance or Irritable Bowel syndrome etcetera. Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is.

Take soft diet, avoid smoking and alcohol. Drink plenty of liquids and ORS (Oral rehydration solution) solution. Use probiotic like capsule Gut Ok twice a day for five days.

If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor so that he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
