What Causes Stomach Pain, Back Pain, Vomiting And Blood In Stool?

Hi , I am 23 years old female and i have been expericening stomach pain , pain in the back ,vomiting,weakness,dizziness and i've been having blood in my stool , i recently noticed there is bright red lines as well and it's scaring me on what it could be.

I really appreciate your concern, abdomen pain could be due to colic and it may intestinal, renal, biliary colic and all that needs differentiation till then you can try Tab Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen with Domperidone three times in day, you have not specifically mentioned where the red lines appears, but it could be due to some allergic reaction or may be due to compression hope this information helps.
