What Causes Stomach Pain, Diarrhea And Breathlessness?
i woke up with hard sharp pains in my stomach then i had diarrhea 3x, i'm having trouble breathing my chest feels tight i have a pain on the right side of my neck & my ear, when i stand i can't breathe & my stomach felt thinner & that my boobs are getting bigger that i feels so tight
Sharp pains in stomach, diarrhea waking you up at night indicates a possibility of gastroenteritisand other symptoms may be secondary to this.
Hence I would advise you the following: -Go to your Doctor or Er to get a clinical evaluation to know the exact clinical diagnosis so that you can get further advice for investigations and proper management. -Tests of stool and blood. -X-ray of abdomen in standing position. -Ultrasonography of abdomen. -Intravenous fluids and antibiotics if required.
Wait in hospital till settled so that proper management can be done. Once recovered you may continue the treatment by oral route.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. T Chandrakant
