Hello,
At your age one should attribute all problems especially the loss of weight to depression. You should see a doctor preferably a gastroenterologist. The pain in the belly requires to be investigated by upper and lower gastrointestinal endoscopies. Your doctor may suggest additional tests like blood tests and ultrasound examination. Once the cause of your problem is known it can be treated properly.
I do not want to suggest any medication now as relief from it may delay your visiting a doctor.
I am available to answer any further query you may have.
