What Causes Stomach Pain During Bowel Movements?

Hi i just started having stomach pains related to bowel movements and gas. I felt i had to go to the bathroom and thought i felt feces pass and fall into the toilet. But when i look there is nothing i know i felt somethig so i look closely and se long very very think and clear curled up string. Is it a worm? Is it fecal matter? What could it be im so confised and scared. No feces came out with it. Just three clumps of very thing curled up clear string.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of stomach pain during bowel movementswhich seems to be due to acute gastroenteritis. It could be due to electrolyte imbalance in body. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to avoid large intake of meals at a time and take small and frequent meals. You should exercise on daily basis. You should take proper rest. Visit gastroenterologist once and get it examined. You should get blood tests done to find out underlying cause. Your symptoms will resolve in 3-5 days. You should have plenty of fluids to rehydrate. You should take diet rich in multivitamins. You should do tepid sponging as well.
