What Causes Stomach Pain Every Time After Eating Pineapple?

ABOUT A WEEK AGO i NOTICED AFTER EATING PINEAPPLE MY STOMACH HURT LIKE CRAZY A COUPLE OF DAYS LATER IT GOT BETTER THEN i ATE MORE PINEAPLE AND MY STOMACH HAS BEEN HURTING ON AND OFF FOR 7 DAYS, AND HURTING SEEM LIKE MORE AT NIGHT ONLY ON ONE SIDE (LEFTSIDE)

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your short history of having severe pain in the abdomen particularly on left side on eating pineapple.
The cause is that the fruit contains something that can irritate the stomach to cause severe gastritis and hence the burning sensation that lasts for a week.
This is a serious thing as the complications can be ulceration, bleeding and so on.
I would advise you the following:
Take a PPI like Omeprazole.
Antacid 3 hourly
Soft bland diet.
Upper GI Endoscopy to see the inner lining of esophagus, stomach and duodenum.
Never to eat pineapple again.
