What Causes Stomach Pain Immediately After Having Food?

I don t know what s wrong yesterday morning when I was getting ready for school I sat on the toilet and pooped for 20 minutes straight. My stomach hurt all day long. Later I ate some food and an hour later I was starving. This morning I was okay. I got hungry during the day. at 5:20 I ate food and my stomach started hurting really bad. and an hour later I m starving. What is wrong?? Help?

If you have associted vomiting with pain then you r having gastritis but associated watery motion with pain abdomen could be colitis. Anyway take bland and light food for few days, take an antacid and a anti spasmodic.
