What Causes Stomach Pain In Children?

Hi, My son is just of 2 months and crying every evening. Our doctor said, its due to reflux - we are giving him infant - Zantac, Mylicon. But still he is having stomach pain every evening/night. He cries for say 15 mins. We are burping him after every feed and his MOM is not eating food which will cause gases. Can you suggest on this?

thank you for your question. at 2 months almost all babies get tummy colic..please give colic aid or colimax syrup 5 to 8 drops maximum 3 times a day with atleast 6 hrs gap between 2 doses.
for gases you can also carefully keep baby in prone position for 5 minutes under strict supervision as this position may cause airway compression if not monitored.
also you may continue antirefux meds. but if baby takes out curdy milk by sides of mouth , its natural...and no need to worry about it.
