What Causes Stomach Pain In The Morning?

Hii sir, I have a problem with my stomach i don t know what causes it i get pain in the morning and it will terminate after sometime and it will start again the pain is somewhat like is rotational that it feels like it pain accute when it reaches a special point or something I do also have nausea and bitter tasty mucus comes to my mouth from my stomach sometimes Please prescribe me a medicine Sarath , India

1) This seems possible gastritis more likely.
2) Primary guidelines for better recovery- Consume more liquids and prefer soft , light diet till possible, avoid all oily , spicy , non veg stuffs.
3) Intake of PPI as Omeprazole on empty stomach with sips of water
morning and evening .
4) Consult later your doctor as per the requirement.
