What Causes Stomach Pain, Kidney Back Pain And Dizziness?

How fast does food poisoning take. I went out to eat sunday night. When we walked out the door i messed on myself. Over the night i was getting worse. now I can bearly walk, dizzy, stomach pain, kidney back pain, muscle weaknes headach, blurry feeling. My legs didnt start hurting till after the diareha was gone. Cant hardley get out of bed. What do u think.

Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of Food poisoning. It takes very fast actions mainly due to the toxins released by the bacteria and hence patient can go into shock and becomes serious very soon.
Outside food can have action very fast as explained, hence you got dizzy, could barely walk, had stomach pain and all related symptoms as you have mentioned.
I would advise you in such a situation the following:
Rush to ER or call an ambulance as you may need immediate care for the toxemia, water and electrolyte imbalance that can develop very fast.
Get admitted as you will need intravenous fluids, antibiotics, probiotics, symptomatic and supportive treatment as per the reports of the blood, urine and stool.
