General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Stomach pain, loose stools, and black color indicate that there is either infection and also there is bleeding in the gastrointestinal tract.
It can be diagnosed by the following:
-Send the stool for tests for amoebiasis and other infection that means there is any blood or not.
-Tests of blood.
-Upper gastrointestinal (GI) endoscopy to see for gastric ulcer or any other bleeding points.
-Colonoscopy to see for any ulcers.
-Review by your Doctor.
-All these will help to find the proper diagnosis and additional management as per the cause.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant
