What Causes Stomach Pain Post A Meal?

My stomach hurts when I eat, almost immediately, for the past three or four days, and my eyes have been burning and watering about the same time. I have also had a rash on my arms for about six or seven weeks (but I think that is a reaction/contact dermatitis). I recently had methotextrate injections for an ectopic pregnancy, but other than that everything in the same. I have had blood work done with the metho. injections and everything was normal. I have always had issues with loose stools and suspect that I have something like IBS, but that is always in the lower abdomen/intestines, this is actual pain in my stomach or upper abdomen. I don't have a whole lot of appetite, and when I do it some it hurts. I can afford to lose weight, so I'm not concerned about that, I just don't want it to be something that is going to get worse and be life threatening. I live in Michigan right now, but just moved from GA in September.
