What Causes Stomach Pain, Urge To Vomit And Faster Heart Beat?

My stomach is hurting. It s giving me the feeling of wanting to throw up.mim am very sleepy and I usually don t go to bed at this time. Also my heart I d beating hard and fast to the point were I can feel the pressure by my ears. What s wrong with me?

IN the given situation of Yours,You seem to suffer from-Malignant High blood pressure with nausea/vomiting with stomach pain.pressure on ears and racing heart indicates malignant hypertension as the cause of this stomach pain/nausea/and racing heart.
Extreme anxiety, excess coffee could be precipitating factors in this case.
Check up of blood pressure with Physician would resolve the diagnosis.
