What Causes Stomach Pain When Taking Zinnat, Fatig-ampules Post Acute Appendicitis Surgery?

i have undergone surgery due to acute appendicitis last week. after 5 days i was discharged from the hospital and my doc gave me 2 meds to take while at home.these are Zinnat 0.5 G tablets and Fatig ampules. Is it normal when taking those meds my tummy hurts?

I really appreciate your concern, what the pain you have may not be due to the medicine given to you but it could be nonspecific one some time in surgery it could be post surgical pain so no need to worry about this if the pain long last then it is advisable to have words with surgeon hope this information helps.
