What Causes Stomach Pain While Suffering From Lupus, UTI And IBS?

My wife is 75 yrs, old. She has just e released from the hospital after an almost 6 week stay. She was admitted for CDiff, UTI, Anemia and Thrush. She has RA, stage 3 CKD, Lupus, Myesthenia Gravis and IBS. She is complaining of pain in her stomach and is refusing to eat. I think the pain in her stomach is because she is starving to death. Her last trip to the Dr. she weighed just 89lbs. She is 5 2 , medium build.

Hello and thank you for your question. There are many problems that could cause abdominal pain in the situation. It could be gastritis it could be that she continues to have some clostridium dificile infection. she really needs to be seen by a gastroenterologist. She may need further testing and she definitely needs a current exam to determine the cause of her abdominal pain.
