Dine there is blood in stool and pain in abdomen as you have described, this is most suggestive of entero-colitis. Hence I would advise you the following: First of all get a clinical evaluation and examination done by a General Surgeon. Also get per-rectal digital examination and ano-proctoscopy so that a proper diagnosis of the stage of the causative disease can be done for example grade of hemorrhoids and to get the further plan of management. You may need a course of an antibiotic and probiotics. Get the stool, blood and urine tested and also an ultrasound of the whole abdomen. Also get antispasmodic , PPI like Omeprazole to get symptomatic relief and possible cure.
