What Causes Stomach Pain With Difficulty In Bowel Movements?

I don't have diarreah, but I feel like I need to go.

Then nothing comes out but yellow liquid, which I think had blood in it. My stomach hurts a bit and it makes these noises. I am on vacation in germany and a member of my family has fever and diarreah. Could this be the EHEC infection?
