What Causes Stomach Pain With Flatulence And Loose Stool?

hi, i have been feeling dull pain in my stomach for a long time, the doctor gave omeprozol to treat ulcer, but it's been a year , and the symptoms are the same, lately i have bad smelling gas, loose stools, and extreme tiredness. im 33 year old women.

It was wise though to go for a trial of omeprazole but the chronicity of the symptoms you described favors more towards Giardiasis. In my opinion you should screen for giardiasis and bacterial overgrowth syndrome but don't panic, both conditions can be cured. For instance proceed with stool R/E, giardia stool antigen test, and hydrogen breath test.
