What Causes Stomach Pain With Icy Sensations In The Intestine?

I am female, 63, 240lbs 5'6". Diabetic for 17 yrs. Use Victoza. Have no gall bladder, postmenopausal with estrodial patch. Having some minor pain in stomach if I eat, or if I don't. Seems worse after food. Icy feeling in my instestines - a lot. Wierd, like I ran ice water thru them. No long term info on Victoza, and I have been on it about a year.
