What Causes Stomach Pain With Sweating?

My brother woke up with chills and sweating. He also has stomach pain in the abdomen. It is all over but towards the right side. He said his urine is dark and seems to seperate or sink to the bottom of the toilet. It has been 2 days for the pain he says it may be slightly better but, not sure if he is just saying that. He is 42 and weighs around 150. He is also a heavy drinker
