What Causes Stomach Pain,bloating And Vomiting?

I am having extreme stomach pain with vomiting. This is the 3rd attack I've had like this in the past year and half. My stomach is extremely bloated, and my sense of smell is way over the top. I can go to the restroom just fine, but I still feel pressure like I gotta go.

The triad of symptoms is probably due to underlying intestine infection or gastritis from various reasons.

Primary care with diet restrictions to avoid excess oil, spices Intake of anti-emetic, proton pump inhibitor agent with antacid syrup will give best results.
