Noted your history of stomach pain, rectal bleeding,vomiting, bloating, decreased appetite, alternating constipation and diarrhea, nausea, tingling and numbness in hands and feet especially in hands, eye pain and eye swelling and redness around one eyes, dry itchy eyes, dry itchy skin and scalp,dark urine and burning pain in random places. So many symptoms need to be categorized and channelizing to see whether these are related to each other or are separate entities. Depending upon the symptoms you have, particularly alternating diarrhea with constipation, I would advise you the following: CT scan of the abdomen. Colonoscopy and biopsy to rule out or confirm cancer. Upper GI endoscopy. Tests of stool, blood and urine to get an idea of any generalized disease like diabetes, hepatitis or kidney or thyroid problems. The clinical evaluation and examination by a Doctor would start with medical management and then decide for surgery if such is an indication or the disease is found out.
