What Causes Stomach Pains, Back Pain And Dizziness?

I woke up this morning with really bad stomach pains, I feel like I need to go to the bathroom but I don't, I can't move much just have to lay still if I move it hurts and if I cough etc it's really bad. My back hurts too and I feel sick like I'm going to spew but nothing happens. I feel tired and dizzy and not hungry

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns:
Such a bad stomach ache that makes movements painful, hurts even on coughing, back pain and other symptoms indicate that you have peritonitis.
This means that there is something in the peritoneal cavity in the abdomen that is causing severe pains.
The possibilities are:
Ruptures intestines, appendix, stomach ulcer.
Blood in the peritoneal cavity.
Pus in the peritoneal cavity causing such a rebound tenderness that is pain on moving and so on.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Rush to the ER or nearby hospital.
Do not drink or eat anything.
Get admitted for intravenous fluids and antibiotics.
Urgent Ultrasonography and CT scan along with blood and urine tests will know the cause to get operated if required in such a situation.
